System Construction of Intercity Culture and Xinjiang Music Integration in the Context of “One Belt, One Road” Based on SCP Model

Abstract Music content needs to draw nutrients from excellent regional culture, and culture be carried forward through music, so the integration of intercity Xinjiang music is in line with development inheritance culture. This paper briefly introduces analysis model SCP paradigm recommendation algorithm improved by K-Means Canopy clustering algorithms analyzes context “One Belt One Road” based on algorithm. The shows that lessons incorporating intercultural account for about 25% lesson time Xinjiang’s primary secondary school curriculum, 2013, local at junior high level accounts more than 35% total curriculum. Intercultural are gradually merging, education will play a large role further educational reform terms cultural transmission integration.
